Job Description
Role Overview: As the Associate Director, you will be a key driver in the successful delivery of our Data Center initiatives, responsible for strategic cost management, team leadership, and fostering client relationships. Your expertise will shape the financial landscape of our projects, ensuring their profitability and long-term sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership in cost management, working closely with project teams to set and achieve financial objectives.
Develop and implement effective cost control strategies, optimizing project budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Lead a team of talented Cost Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Drive innovative solutions to enhance cost management processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related subjects
Proven track record in cost management within the construction industry, with a focus on Data Center projects.
Extensive experience in leading and managing teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Deep understanding of cost estimation, budget development, and financial analysis.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive results and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
A visionary mindset, constantly seeking innovation and improvement in cost management practices.
