Our client is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in the Western Cape winelands. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing professional to gain exposure to a variety of construction projects while working alongside experienced industry specialists in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost planning, estimating, and budgeting
- Prepare bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate contractor payment applications and variations
- Monitor project costs and assist with financial reporting
- Participate in procurement and tender evaluation processes
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of projects

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Registered as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP or eligible to register
- 2–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Sound understanding of quantity surveying principles and construction contracts
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
