Opportunities
 

We are inviting expressions of interest for the following leadership positions:
 

• Commercial Director – providing strategic oversight of commercial and contractual functions across major projects.
• Senior Commercial Managers – leading commercial outcomes on complex engineering, civil and renewable projects.

Key Accountabilities
 

• Lead and manage end-to-end commercial and contract functions including procurement, risk management, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Partner with operational and project teams to ensure commercial performance, compliance and governance.
• Drive strategies to improve profitability, cost control, and value creation across diverse projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to commercial and project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Experience & Capabilities
 

We are seeking commercially astute leaders who bring:
 

• Extensive commercial management experience in large-scale civil, infrastructure, or renewables projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts (AS, NEC, PPP, Alliancing) and risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and deliver positive outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commercial Management (preferred).
• Leadership qualities with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and long-term value creation.
