About the opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, the Commercial Manager will join our Corporate Services Division. You will play a key support role, providing the following responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for the commercial team to provide general contract and procurement management administration and support
  • Leading RFx activities as directed by the Senior Commercial Manager
  • Support ongoing implementation of supplier management activities e.g. contract management for Tier 1 and 2 suppliers
  • Supporting senior team members with analytical activities
  • Management of the procurement requests to prioritise and action whilst supporting the commercial team throughout sourcing projects and contract management activities
  • Support and advocacy of key strategic sourcing best practice processes, systems and tools
  • Provide contract performance analysis reporting and supplier engagement reporting
  • Resolving claims and payment issues working with finance to ensure timely payment together with meeting contractual obligations
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience in procurement, contract management required
  • ERP system experience and or contract management experience
  • Project or sourcing leadership across cross functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate time sensitive duties in an environment implementing change management projects
  • Proven ability to deliver project work on time and on budget
