Pre-Contract Stage:
1. Review and analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
2. Prepare and submit tenders, including competitive price comparison
3. Interaction with Vendors / Contractors / Client
Post-Contract Stage:
1. Prepare and submit valuation certificates, payment certificates, and final settlements.
2. Coordinate with the Project Coordinator & Design Engineer to monitor progress, identify potential issues
3. ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Commercial Management:
1. Negotiate and agree on contract terms, including prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
2. Manage and administer contract documentation, including contract awards, variations, and amendments.
