About the Role:
As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, you will work across various projects, from initial tender through to completion. Your role will involve preparing accurate pricing, coordinating bids, managing contracts, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse project types and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates, schedules of prices, and competitive tenders.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage the tendering process, including ECI, fixed-price, and negotiated tenders.
- Collaborate with project managers to handle variations, EOT claims, and contract administration.
- Deliver exceptional outcomes for stakeholders through effective communication and strategic planning.
- Utilize your commercial acumen to ensure projects meet financial targets.
About You: - Experience: Ideally up to 10 years in estimating or quantity surveying, with significant exposure to civil & infrastructure projects
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent qualifications.
- Skills: Must have RIB Candy Estimating experience
- Attributes: Team-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives under pressure. A proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
Recent Projects Include: - Civil works, water, land development and infrastructure ($10M–$100M+).
