We’re excited to expand our Operations division with Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2025 intake, based in Derby (with Site visits as required) in the Severn Trent Framework working amongst our Commercial specialists

Sounding Good?

What will I need to be considered? 

• Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Quantity Surveying but we will consider other RICS accredited degree


• Eligible to work in the UK *Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship on this role


• Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred.


• Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.


• Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal)


• Self- motivated – attitude is key, it’s your career!
