  • (Internal Title: Cost Analyst) 
    • You'll prepare cost estimates and cost plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review.
    • You’ll prepare and present funding requests as required to suit project progression, based on scope, estimates and historical data.
    • You'll identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register.
    • You'll assist in cost review and contract negotiation for key GC and OFCI work packages, making final recommendations on approval to the client.
    • You'll create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
    • You'll attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions.
    • You will manage and review all project change requests from the supply chain and negotiate costs downwards where possible.
    • You will establish and maintain the project cash flow forecast monthly.
    • You'll prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
    • You will work with the wider cost management team.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused specialism
  • 2+ years of minimum cost management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Strong understanding of Cost Management (cost reports, change orders, cash flows etc.)
  • Post contract administration skills
  • Experience in Mission Critical projects
  • Project close-out skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing 
  • Organized and detail oriented 
  • Experience working with Data Centers or similar Mission Critical projects
  • Field Experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
