Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Construction Industry

On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading player in the construction industry, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• BTech in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7) or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Proficient in CCS (Candy Construction Computer Software) – must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with CCS.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations as required.

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable own transport.

• Sound knowledge and working experience with Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.

• Strong analytical and cost management abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.

• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to prioritise effectively, manage workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.

• A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates a proactive and solution-driven mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
