We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or a recently registered professional to join our team in Durban in an intermediate to senior capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic project environment and grow within a professional team.

Key Requirements

• BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
• Preference will be given to graduates from TUKS, UFS, or UCT
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience
• Professional registration (or in the process of registering) is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Managing project costs from inception to completion
• Conducting valuations, cost reporting, and financial forecasting
• Contract administration and managing variations
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and financial objectives
