Introduction

A leading construction company in Gauteng is looking for a junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and letting of packages.
  • Value works and prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs and report on budget performance
  • Responsible for cashflow and cost reporting.
  • Ensure commercial processes are adhered to at all times.
  • Identify risks and manage supply chain effectively.
  • Make sure interaction between operational sites teams and commercial team is always professional. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Tertiary Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Min 2 years working experience in residential building sector. 
  • CCS software experience.

Package & Remuneration

R330 000 CTC - R400 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)
