Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information for cost assessments and project evaluations.
  • Help monitor project expenditures and track financial performance.
  • Work with senior quantity surveyors to analyze contracts and manage variations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs.
  • Research market trends and assist in keeping up with industry developments.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; internships or relevant experience in construction is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of quantity surveying principles and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with quantity surveying software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
