The Role: As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and budgets for a range of exciting projects, from unique roof structures to bespoke thatching and timber designs. You’ll work closely with project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for projects
• Manage procurement and subcontractor contracts
• Monitor project costs and financial performance
• Assist with site measurements and reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
