Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction Industry

Our client, a leading construction firm based in Cape Town, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their growing team.

Requirements:

• BTech in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the built environment.
• Proficiency in Candy (CCS) – minimum 1 year of hands-on experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and BuildSmart.
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive self-starter with a solution-focused mindset and strong work ethic.
