Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budget tracking for engineering projects
- Support in managing quantity surveying tasks on engineering projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Identify project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards
- Provide support to senior quantity surveyors as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office with commercial building experience
- Experience or knowledge of quantity surveying within an engineering context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and tools
