Junior Quantity Surveyor - Offaly

Your Role will Involve: 

• Carry out site feasibility studies, establish project budgets, assist with program development, and liaise with design team members.
• Prepare and submit tenders in accordance with tender drawings and specifications, to meet tender deadlines.
• Provide alternative pricing and submittals for procurement projects, looking at constructability issues, alternative specifications, alternative program solutions.
• Develop cost plans/bill of quantities as required for each project.
• Prepare tender documentation for subcontractors, and suppliers, Procure, analysis and advise on tender selection.
• Complete monthly valuations, cost reports, subcontractor payment recommendations,
• Compile and update project cash flow projections.
• Prepare final account including adjustment for variations and measured work.

What we are looking for: 

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• At least 1+ years’ experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector
• Full Driving Licence
