Junior Quantity Surveyor - Solar

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical, solar, or construction project environments
• Proven experience with costing, tenders, and budgeting
• Strong site-based experience – Ability to conduct site visits and assessments
• Excellent Excel and estimating software proficiency

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Prepare and manage project quotations, tenders, and financial submissions
• Conduct site inspections and verify quantities for accurate costing
• Oversee project budgets and financial tracking from initiation to completion
• Liaise with Engineers, contractors, and clients on pricing and commercial matters
• Ensure accuracy, accountability, and profitability across all assigned projects
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
