Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and variations.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage pre - and post -contract activities including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works in line with contract conditions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and claims.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide cost advice and value engineering throughout project stages.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all contractual and commercial matters.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and legal requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare reports and present financial updates to senior management.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent from a reputed university with strong academic standing.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • RICS/AIQS accreditation preferred.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Experience & Skills
      <\/h3>
      • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in GCC or international projects.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong background in oil & gas sector projects.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proven expertise in both pre - and post -tender works on high -value projects within reputable contracting companies.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem -solving skills.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in relevant QS software/tools.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
