Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on proposed projects. Manage all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Track project costs, variations, and ensure cost control measures are adhered to. Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and claims management. Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with suppliers and contractors. Provide advice on procurement strategies and ensure compliance with project specifications. Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to align cost control with project delivery goals. Ensure accurate and timely project reporting, including cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Requirements:<\/b> Minimum of 9 years’ experience<\/b> as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects (roads, infrastructure, buildings, and structural works). B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Professional certification (e.g., NIQS, RICS, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and procurement practices. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS -related software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
