Project Quantity Surveyor - Drylining | £60K-£70K + Package | London or Cambridge

I'm working alongside a specialist Drylining contractor on an executive search for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor. This well-established contractor operates across multiple sectors, including high-end residential, hospitals, data centres, MOD, and MOJ, with projects ranging from £800K to £16M.

They collaborate with major Tier 1 Contractors and have secured a significant pipeline of work in London and Cambridge.

The Role - Project Quantity Surveyor

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for either one large project or two smaller projects. You will be supported by a Commercial Trainee while overseeing cost management, financial reporting, and CVRs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of assigned projects.
• Conduct CVRs, cost reports, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations.
• Ensure project profitability and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with operational teams to maintain financial control.
• Mentor and support a Commercial Trainee.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Must have a strong background in Drylining projects.
• Experience working on high-value commercial projects.
• Based in London, Cambridge, or surrounding areas.
• Stable career history
• Capable of managing projects independently while leading a small team.

Salary & Package:

• Basic Salary: £60K - £70K + Package.
