Job Title: Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading construction consultancy in Donegal, who is seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This consultancy provides expert Quantity Surveying services across various sectors, including residential, retail, office, leisure, and infrastructure, managing multi-million projects across the country.

The Role:

• Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied construction projects.
• Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
• Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.
• Dealing/liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders involved in the process.

The Person:

• Degree within Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience within a PQS environment.
• Ideally Chartered but not essential.
• Ambitious and highly motivated.
• Organised, self-disciplined with a positive, collaborative attitude.
