This quality-focused, award-winning developer seeks the appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor.

You will work close to the project overseeing 1 live project or 2 medium-sized projects working closely with another Surveyor and Buyer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a QS with residential experience who would like a fresh start with an exciting company which has secured significant investment,

The role will include:

To take responsibility, ownership and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of projects.
You will use you experience and skill to control and maximise value and quality in the supply chain
This is to include ensuring applications and valuations are completed and also ensuring sub-contractors receive prompt payment
You will ensure cost reports are managed, completed on time and monitored.
Risk and Opportunity Assessment
Budget control and management
Liaise with subcontractors to realise progress valuations and costing
Assist with cost estimate and future planning of new developments
