A leading Infrastructure and Project Environment is seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dedicated team and will focus exclusively on Utility-related infrastructure projects. This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with solid NEC contract experience and exposure to both building and civil works environments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 6 years' post-registration experience (SACQSP)
  • Strong experience within building and civil works projects
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • Sound working knowledge of the NEC Suite of Contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)
  • Professional registration advantageous (PrQS / SACQSP)
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and analytical capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
