Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in cost reporting and analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Experience in handling contracts and procurement processes
• Expertise in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Coordinate with site engineers on required construction materials and ordering-confirming delivery
• Coordinating with clients
• Project site visits
• New products - catalogs – vendors
• Quantity Estimation
• Other proactive measures to improve business
