Role responsibilities include:

• Support the Senior QS in all aspects of commercial and cost management.
• Manage the subcontractor procurement process efficiently and on schedule.
• Prepare trade budgets and carry out cost analysis and negotiation of work packages.
• Administer subcontractor appointments, accounts, and payment processes.
• Prepare project cash flows and interim valuations.Manage change orders and maintain accurate cost records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience managing complex projects from pre-contract to final account, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
