Prado Power, a leading name in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled and detail -oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
<\/p>

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for renewable energy projects.
<\/p>

· Monitor and manage project expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
<\/p>

· Evaluate tender documents, contracts, and proposals to ensure financial viability.
<\/p>

· Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
<\/p>

· Conduct regular cost analysis and risk assessments throughout project life cycles.
<\/p>

· Provide advice on contract management and procurement strategies.
<\/p>

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to construction and energy projects.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

· A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
<\/p>

· Two to three years of proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
<\/p>

· Professional certification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is highly desirable.
<\/p>

· Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
<\/p>

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
<\/p>

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
<\/p>

· Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, or cost estimation tools.
<\/p>

· Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an added advantage.
