On behalf of our client, a well-established construction and development company in Cyprus, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer to join their team in Latsia, Nicosia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical and commercial understanding to contribute to the delivery of high-spec residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities.
• Lead cost estimation, tendering, and bid evaluation processes.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement, material orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments according to agreed terms.
• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction or development projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, drawings, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (particularly Excel), and project management tools such as MS Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving license and willingness to visit project sites.
