Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor - Galway

Education project commencing end of March - 2 years duration

Package includes:

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Giving advice on contract matters
• Processing contractual claims and all associated records
• Searching for opportunities to reduce costs and maximise revenue
• Assisting with cash management
• Negotiating subcontract and suppliers’ price and terms
• Ensuring final accounts are closed in a timely matter
• Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports
• Preparing subcontract and suppliers documents

What you will need:

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• The ability to work on a large-scale project
• Excellent written, verbal & communication skills  
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to use time efficiently and to maximise efficiency with staff
