Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai operations, specializing in landscape and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for landscape and infrastructure projects.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.

• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

• Provide accurate cost advice and support during project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in landscape and infrastructure projects within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
