Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the assigned projects, including but not limited to:
- Prepare and monitor the budgets and costing
- Measure and evaluate sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts
- Review documentation, identify value variations, deal with the subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies
- 8 years of relevant working experience in building/civil projects
- Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with QS documents handling, cost analysis, claims
