Quantity surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project budgeting within the construction industry. 

 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
 Salary:  SAR 10,000 - SAR 15,000
 Job Type: Full-time
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims to ensure financial control.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Measure and value work done on-site to ensure accurate payments.
• Track project expenses and provide cost analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize project costs.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports and statements.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement.
