Quantity Surveyor
Our client in the Development industry is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor, in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analyses.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts.
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Manage variation orders and claims.
- Prepare final accounts.

Requirements:
- Must be a Congolese national.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management.
- Fluent in French; English is an advantage.
- Proficient in measurement and estimating software.
Remuneration:
- $500 - $1,000 USD per month dependent on qualification and experience.
