Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost reports and estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess costs and values.
- Manage procurement processes and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Implement cost-control measures and monitor project expenditures.
- Prepare progress valuation and payment applications.
- Assist in dispute resolution related to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cost estimation, quantity surveying principles, and contractual matters.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software and tools such as Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of effective team collaboration and project management.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction laws and regulations is preferred.
