B.Sc. degree in either Quantity Surveying or Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical discipline with Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Post graduation in Construction/Contract management is a must.
Professional Member of RICS/AIQS is preferable.
Working knowledge about MEP construction industry.
Experience of FIDIC based Contracts.
Experience in Quantity Take-off, Estimation and BOQ preparation
Experience in Interim/Progress Payment Application preparation along with handling of Sub-contractors Payments.
Experience in handling of Contractual Variations/ Change orders (should be conversant with compliance of notification obligations, Preparation of VOs, rate-build ups, substantiations, and negotiations).
Ability to identify Claims and timely notification.
Knowledge of different types of contractual claims including EOT, Prolongation Cost, Suspension and LD.
Preparation of Forecasts, budgets & cost control measures.
Knowledge of Project cost data, Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
Experience in contractual correspondence. Negotiation skills.
Good command in English as a working language. High level of Computer Literacy.
Ability to maintain structured document system.
Self-organized and ability to work without direction. Ability to meet deadlines.
