credible vendors & suppliers for materials required for production

project costs (materials & workmanship) after receiving/preparing
cutting list for specific projects

Conduct
feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs for
ongoing and upcoming projects

Prompt
costing of materials for new jobs after receipt of briefs or drawings

Track
orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to factory/site and ensure
it is in the right quantity and quality.

Keep
and update records of purchases, invoices and update databases of
materials/stock

Coordinate
project works and efforts

Other
task as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
· At
least 1-3 years verifiable experience as Quantity Surveyor and Procurement in
the furniture industry
· Highly
creative
· Good
use of Microsoft office tools
· Good
confidence and basic negotiating skill/experience
· Basic
knowledge of vendor sourcing, market survey
