Prism Placements and this entrepreneurial property business are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for ensuring rigorous financial oversight and project tracking across all construction, optimisation and remedial CAPEX initiatives.

- Relevant B-Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics
- Min 3yrs exp in quantity surveying, project cost control, or construction financial management.
- Sound experience supporting CAPEX and refurbishment projects with measurement, cost tracking, cost management, contractor, payments, BOQ’s and progress reports.
- Excellent verbal and written Afrikaans and English communications skills.
Remuneration:
- Up to R600K C.T.C. per annum
