I am on the lookout for a mid/senior level Quantity Surveyor who brings technical expertise, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to a diverse project portfolio. You’ll work across high-end hospitality, commercial and bespoke residential projects across the Western Cape/ South Africa.
Your profile should showcase the following :
BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
5–8 years’ relevant Quantity Surveying experience (within the above mentioned sectors!!!)
Professional (SACQSP) registration is advantageous
Experience covering cost planning, tenders, valuations, variations and final accounts
Proficiency in WinQS and DimX
Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and analytical ability
The ability to manage multiple projects independently
