Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil and Infrastructure projects?
 
Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a distinguished Tier 2 contractor, on the lookout for both intermediate and senior-level Quantity Surveyors to join our expert team.

Role responsibilities: (not limited to)

• Manage Subcontractors: Oversee and coordinate subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
• Handle Contract Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and protect project interests.
• Address Claims and Variations: Manage and resolve claims and variations efficiently to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Report to Management: Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Managers, providing detailed reports and insights to support project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Solid experience in civil and infrastructure projects, with a focus on roads, rail, and other major infrastructure works.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and effective communication.
• Qualifications: Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
