Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Johannesburg.
As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing costs,
- Preparing estimates and budgets,
- Analyzing contracts,
- Providing accurate quantity calculations,
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in commercial construction industry
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
