Provide support to Manager in tender and cost management of prestigious mixed-use property developments, including cost estimation and budget control / tender and contract administration / technical audit, etc.
Assist in the liaison and collaboration with relevant parties and supervising local staff in carrying out cost management, contract administration and QS works
Review and consolidation of the Master Tenderers List for both Consultants and Contractors
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with professional qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably in the Mainland
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
