Quantity Surveyor

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) has an exceptional opportunity to work on a fantastic projects in the beautiful scenery of New Zealand's South Island. 

You will be working with an excellent contractor that has been established in New Zealand for a number of years. They have a solid reputation in the industry and they just keep on building their portfolio of work throughout the region. 
  
Due to the increased levels of opportunity in the South Island, this contractor has a wide variety of projects to be completed. This increased project portfolio has lead to an exceptional opportunity to work on projects in Queenstown/Wanaka.  
 
Therefore we are looking for a quantity surveyor that has started to build up a solid portfolio of experience since graduation. Ideally you would have been exposed to running new build projects from a green field sites, taking them all the way from pre-construction to final account. 

You are going to be part of a fantastic South Island team based in Wanaka. It has been arranged that although you could be part of a small project team on site, you will still be part of a great office culture.

To be a success we need to see the following in your background -

• Related Construction Qualification
• New Build/Refurb construction experience
• Site based project history
• Excellent communication skills
