Site-Based Quantity Surveyor
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
A leading building contractor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site-Based Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will work on residential building projects in the Stellenbosch area, ensuring accurate cost management and project success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct on-site measurements and valuations of work done.
• Prepare and process payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage contract documentation and variations.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular financial progress reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• CCS experience
