Due to continuous growth, they now seek an experience Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team

The Role:

This is role is newly created where you will join a growing infrastructure team based in Belfast city Centre. This role is a stand alone QS position therefore you will have full autonomy over the QS solutions.

• Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied civil engineering projects
• Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
• Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large civil engineering projects efficiently.

The Person:

• Must hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS qualified or currently completing APC.
• Proven experience in a similar role, handling civil engineering projects in the UK or ROI.
