Our client a professional Quantity Surveying and project management consultancy, providing specialist cost management, quantity surveying and related professional services across a range of construction and development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility, manage projects from start to finish and further develop their career within a professional environment.
Requirements:
- Approximately 4–6 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Education: BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, industrial and educational developments
- Registered with SACQSP as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor or Professional Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Quantity Surveying projects independently
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance
- Prepare and manage valuations, payment certificates and cost reports
- Manage contractual and commercial aspects of projects
- Liaise with clients, contractors and professional teams throughout the project lifecycle
