Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Joinery (Post Contract)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Experience in Post contract Quantity Surveying & Estimation of Joinery scope

• Take off quantities and preparation of scope-wise packages

• Verification of scope (item and quantity) against contract BOQ, Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any.

• Preparation and submission of variations and their follow-up for approval

• Review and comment on the draft contracts received from clients

• Subcontractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction with our main contract

• Timely alert to the operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow-related issues.
