To supervise all site activities & monitoring of all workers functioning at the projects. Obtaining Material approval, drawing approval & site inspection approvals, Collection of Payments from the respective clients based on progress & Final Handing over / Job close out.
Prepare monthly Interim applications & final valuations.
Identify changes and prepare variation notifications, variations, and cost proposals.
Damage Notices and claims.
Taking-off Quantities.
Preparation of monthly cost reports and cash flows.
Value Engineering works.
Client negotiations and claims.
Knowledge in cost to complete
Ability to work with any version of Auto CAD, Abode InDesign, Revit (moderate)
Ability to work with any version of MS Office (word, excel, power point and access)
Ability to work with any version of Plan Swift & Cost X.
Preparation of contractual letters.
Involving in procurement works, price comparison for the site based procurement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 4 – 5 years experience
Experience in design and building projects
Well versed in contractual terms and conditions, FDIC & method of measurements especially CESSM.
