A family-run business based in Leominster, Herefordshire specialising in new build housing, development, commercial building and private high value projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and management, procurement, and cost reporting to ensure project budgets are closely monitored and adhered to.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience with BOQ and Cost Planning, CVR, CSA
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Salary & package negotiable upon experience.
