The Role:

• Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied construction projects.
• Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
• Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.

The Person:

• Must hold a Degree in Quanitty Surveying.
• MRICS qualified or currently completing APC.
• Proven experience in a similar role, handling commercial projects in the UK or ROI.
