Quantity Surveyor | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting estimations and purchase order checks for all projects internal and external and ensure the best possible price for both scenarios.
  

• Work closely with our construction team in Australia and Drafter in the Philippines.
  

• Managing multiple tenders/budgets at any one time with the aim of producing the best price while maintaining budget margins.

What We’re Looking For: 

• 1-2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in Construction
  

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related courses
  

• Proficiency in MSFT Excel
  

• Proven ability and experience preferably within the scaffold and construction industry.
  

• Strong communication skills and relationship building
  

• High attention to detail and ability to think laterally and problem solve
  

• An attitude which reflects our culture
  

• Excellent computer skills
  

• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets/formulas and full office suite
  

• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat dc pro
