Quantity Surveyor

- Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take -off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Coordinate with labour & sub -contractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Ensure all filling and documentation comply to ISO procedures.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Perform cost control, risk, and value management.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team.

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/div> - Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
<\/div> - At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
<\/div> - Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) and Bahasa Malaysia
<\/div> - Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
<\/div> - Possess own transport.
<\/div>
